1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and applications (collectively, the “Games” or “Apps”) developed and published by Original People Playground (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and distributed through the Amazon Appstore, including on Amazon Fire tablets, Fire TV devices, and Android devices.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information our Games may collect, how that information is used, with whom it may be shared, and the choices available to you. By downloading, installing, or playing any of our Games, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Games.

This policy is published at originalpeopleplayground.com and may be referenced from each Game’s listing on the Amazon Appstore.

2. Information We Collect

Our Games are designed to be played without creating an account and without providing personal details. The information collected falls into two categories described below.

2.1 Non-Personal Data (collected automatically)

When you play our Games, certain technical and usage information may be collected automatically by us or by the third-party services integrated into the Games. This information does not directly identify you by name and may include:

• Device information: device model and manufacturer, operating system and version (Fire OS / Android), screen size, language, and time zone.
• Unique device identifiers: such as the Android ID or Amazon Device ID assigned by your device.
• Advertising ID: the resettable advertising identifier provided by your device (Amazon Advertising ID or Google Advertising ID), used for ad delivery and measurement.
• Network information: your IP address, connection type, and approximate (country- or region-level) location derived from your IP address.
• Anonymous gameplay analytics: session start and end times, session duration, levels or screens viewed, in-game events, feature usage, app version, and crash or error reports.

2.2 Personal Data

Our Games do not require personal accounts and do not collect real names, physical addresses, phone numbers, or payment card details. Purchases made through the Amazon Appstore are processed by Amazon under Amazon’s own privacy policy, and we do not receive your payment information.

The only situation in which we receive personal data is when you voluntarily contact us, for example by emailing our support address. In that case we will receive your email address, your name if you choose to include it, and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide support.

3. How We Use Information

The information described above is used for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and deliver the Games and their features;
• To understand how players use the Games so we can improve gameplay, balance, and performance;
• To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes, bugs, and technical issues;
• To display advertisements, including (where you have not opted out) personalized advertisements, and to measure ad performance;
• To respond to your support requests and communications;
• To protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks; and
• To comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the data collected in our Games for any purpose unrelated to the Games.

4. Third-Party Services & Ad Networks

Our Games may integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) for advertising, analytics, and crash reporting. These third parties may collect and process the non-personal data described in Section 2.1, including your device identifiers, advertising ID, and IP address, in accordance with their own privacy policies. Depending on the Game, these services may include:

• Amazon Mobile Ads / Amazon Publisher Services — Amazon Privacy Notice and Amazon Interest-Based Ads
• Unity Ads / Unity Analytics — Unity Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob / Google Analytics for Firebase — Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses data from partner apps
• Firebase Crashlytics — Firebase Privacy and Security

These providers operate independently, and we do not control how they collect or use data. We encourage you to review their privacy policies. Where a Game is directed to children or is used by a child, we configure these SDKs to serve non-personalized, age-appropriate advertising only and to disable behavioral tracking, as described in Section 5.

Advertisements shown in our Games may link to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We take children’s privacy seriously and comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States, as well as similar laws in other jurisdictions, including the age-of-consent provisions of the GDPR.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable minimum age in your country). Our Games do not require registration, do not ask for names, email addresses, or other personal details, and do not include social features such as chat or user-generated content.

For any Game that is directed to children or is likely to be used by children, we take additional steps, including:

• Flagging the Game as child-directed to our advertising and analytics partners so that only non-personalized, contextual ads are served;
• Disabling the use of persistent identifiers for behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking;
• Limiting data collection to what is strictly necessary to support the Game’s internal operations, such as crash reporting; and
• Not linking to external websites or social networks from within the gameplay experience.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under laws such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA. These rights may include:

• Right to access: to request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and to obtain a copy of it;
• Right to rectification: to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): to request deletion of your personal data;
• Right to restrict or object: to limit or object to certain processing, including processing for direct marketing;
• Right to data portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format;
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (California residents); and
• Right to non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Because our Games do not collect account information, we may ask you to provide your device’s advertising ID so that we can locate data associated with your device. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Opting Out of Personalized Advertising

You can limit or opt out of personalized (interest-based) advertising at any time using your device settings. Doing so does not reduce the number of ads you see, but ads will no longer be tailored to your interests.

• Amazon Fire tablets / Fire OS: open Settings → Security & Privacy → Advertising ID (or Apps & Games → Advertising ID) and turn on Opt out of Interest-Based Ads. You can also reset your Advertising ID from the same screen.
• Fire TV: open Settings → Preferences → Advertising ID and toggle Interest-based Ads off.
• Android devices: open Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) and select Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.
• Amazon account level: visit amazon.com/adprefs to manage interest-based ad preferences for your Amazon account.

You may also uninstall any Game at any time to stop all further data collection by that Game.

7. Data Security & Retention

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Data transmitted between our Games and our service providers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (such as HTTPS/TLS). Access to any data we hold is limited to personnel who need it to operate or support the Games.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In general:

• Anonymous analytics and crash data is retained in aggregated form and is not linked back to an individual device once it has been processed;
• Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which it is deleted; and
• Data held by our third-party advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their own policies, which you can review via the links in Section 4.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you or your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Games, our practices, the third-party services we use, or applicable legal requirements. When we make changes, we will post the revised policy on this page at originalpeopleplayground.com and update the “Effective Date” at the top of the page.

For material changes, we may also provide additional notice, such as an in-game message or an update to the Game’s Amazon Appstore listing. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of our Games after a revised policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
